Terms of Service

This agreement is between Top10MBA.com & The Cambridge Media Corporation, Inc. ("Top10MBA.com & The Cambridge Media Corporation") and its clients. Unless the context requires otherwise, Top10MBA.com & The Cambridge Media Corporation and/or its assigns shall be referred to as "us, we, or our" and you shall be referred to as "you or your."

1) You will not hold Top10MBA.com & The Cambridge Media Corporation, its officers, editors, and representatives liable for any denied admissions to any undergraduate, graduate or professional program or school or any denial of employment. Furthermore, you understand that you will write all your essays and that you are responsible for all aspects of the essays and/or résumés.

 

2) We have made NO representations about what our products or services will do for your chances of admission to any undergraduate, graduate or professional school or program or for your chances of employment at any institution, corporation, business, or government agency.

 

3) Top10MBA.com & The Cambridge Media Corporation disclaims any and all implied or express warranties, including but not limited to, the essays', résumés', or letters' fitness for a particular purpose and your fitness for any job or undergraduate, graduate or professional program.

 

4) You understand and agree to our refund policy, which is as follows:

Top10MBA.com & The Cambridge Media Corporation does not issue refunds for work already performed.

If a Client wants to cease work before the editor sends out the outline, he or she receives a complete refund. If a Client wants to cease work after the editor sends the outline and before the editor actually starts editing the essay, then Top10MBA.com & The Cambridge Media Corporation will only issue a 50% refund.

Privacy Statement

Top10MBA.com & The Cambridge Media Corporation respect the privacy of its clients and users during and after their term of engagement for Top10MBA.com services. We only ask for personal information when it is required to help you in your application process. Except as otherwise expressly provided in our terms of service, all information provided to us by the Client and/or user, in writing or in verbal communications, shall be kept confidential.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in our Terms of Service, Top10MBA.com & The Cambridge Media Corporation will not disclose any Client and/or User information without the consent of the Client and/or User, to third parties, including other applicants, graduate schools admission offices, or testing centers.

Top10MBA.com & The Cambridge Media Corporation reserve the right to use Client and/or User essays for educational purposes only provided that no personally identifying information (e.g., name, social security number, workplace, educational institution) are contained in the materials.

At any time, Clients and/or Users may request in writing that Top10MBA.com & The Cambridge Media Corporation not use their materials as specified above. Upon receipt of such notice, Top10MBA.com & The Cambridge Media Corporation will cease using such materials.

Top10MBA.com & The Cambridge Media Corporation will not provide or sell email or snail mail addresses to any third parties except as necessary to provide the services requested by the Client and/or User.

Use of the Internet and the site is solely at your own risk and subject to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations, and although Top10MBA.com & The Cambridge Media Corporation have taken steps to create a secure and reliable site, the confidentiality of any communications or materials transmitted through the site cannot be guaranteed.

Top10MBA.com & The Cambridge Media Corporation are not responsible for the security of any information transmitted through the Internet, the accuracy of the information contained on the site, or for the consequences of any reliance on such information. You assume sole and complete risk for using this site.
